CAN YOU NOTIFY ME WHEN YOU WILL BE ADDING NEW THINGS TO YOUR SHOP?
I I like to add small bundles of new ceramics to my shop sporadically. I used to do one big update and announce it on Instagram but I found things sold very quickly and people got frustrated with the frantic shopping experience often things disappeared from their basket before they could check out. I am now trying a more relaxed approach which should make work available for longer and a chance for more people to buy something.
WHY ARE THERE SOMETIMES NOT MANY ITEMS IN YOUR SHOP?
If there is a busy day in the shop there may not be much left to choose from. I will be busy behind the scenes making more things. Ceramics is a slow process and I work on my own so I don’t always have a lot of stock available.
THERE IS ONLY ONE MUG AVAILABLE IN YOUR SHOP, CAN I ORDER MORE?

CAN I PUT MY MUG IN THE DISHWASHER OR MICROWAVE?
I recommend hand-washing as the harsh dishwasher cycles can fade the print on the surface of the glaze. Occasional dishwashing will be ok though. There are metal oxides in the earthenware clay so microwave use is not recommended as the ceramics can get very hot. Ceramics with gold or silver lustres should definitely not be put in the microwave.
