Ordering Guide


For  'Made to Order' items please allow 3 to 4 weeks for your order to be made.  You will be emailed when you place your order of expected date of posting.

'One off' items in my ‘pop up’ sales are made and ready to post and are usually posted within two days.  If you would like an email notification before these updates please sign up for my newsletter here.


UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail’s ’48 Signed For’ service. In the event that there is nobody to sign for the parcel, Royal Mail will leave a note with directions for collection. If you do not collect your item from the post office within the time stipulated on the card and the item is returned to me, I reserve the right to charge for re-postage. 

EU and Rest of World orders are delivered by Royal Mail’s ‘International Tracked and Signed’ service.

All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.

Please note, international orders may be subject to import duties and/or tax, in such cases these are the responsibility of the buyer.


If you would like to collect your order from my studio in Ardersier (near Inverness) please enter the code LOCAL at checkout and you will not be charged postage.  I will let you know when your order is ready and you can arrange a time to collect. The studio is open by appointment only.


Payment is to be made in British pounds sterling. International credit card providers or banks determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge which you will be liable to pay.


If you think your parcel is taking longer than expected, please check with the post office as it will be held for you if no-one is home to accept delivery. In the instance where a parcel is uncollected and returned to me, I will refund the amount of the order less the actual shipping costs, provided the items are in the original, undamaged condition.

Please make sure you provide the correct postal address at the time of order, if the items are returned to me we will have to charge for re-postage. 


In the unlikely event of the piece being damaged in transit, please take a photo of the damaged item and box and contact me immediately. I am happy to replace any items that have been damaged due to shipping as long as you contact me as soon as you receive the item and provide images.


As my ceramics are completely handmade, there will sometimes be slight variations in colour, size and designs. All efforts are made to accurately show and describe each piece. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase and your item is not as you expected, please contact me immediately and I will do my best to fix the situation. If you are still unhappy, you may return the unused, undamaged item within 7 days of receipt, and I will refund the purchase price. I will not be able to refund shipping costs. There is no refund or returns on sale items, so please read all descriptions carefully.
