If there is an item you would like to purchase that happens to be out of stock, please contact me and I can advise further on it’s availability. You will be given the opportunity to make a pre-order/ reserve purchase (except for teapots).
I accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed using PayPal or Stripe, secure and trusted online payment gateways.
You do not need to have a PayPal account to use it.
I aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days from date of order.
UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail’s ’24 Signed For’ service. In the event that there is nobody to sign for the parcel, Royal Mail will leave a note with directions for collection. If you do not collect your item from the post office within the time stipulated on the card and the item is returned to me, I reserve the right to charge for re-postage.
EU and Rest of World orders are delivered by Royal Mail’s ‘International Tracked and Signed’ service.
All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.
Please note, international orders may be subject to import duties and/or tax, in such cases these are the responsibility of the buyer.
ORDERING FROM MY SITE.
In the unlikely event that an item is unavailable I will contact you immediately and offer you a full refund.
Please make sure you provide the correct postal address at the time of order, if the items are returned to us we will have to charge for re-postage.
Payment is to be made in British pounds sterling. International credit card providers or banks determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge which you will be liable to pay.

However, if you are unsatisfied with it or you have just changed your mind please let me know immediately.If you wish to return your piece to me, please contact me first, then ensuring the piece is in its original condition (unused and unmarked) send it to me within 14 days of receipt, in order for me to arrange an exchange or refund. Please ensure you have proof of postage as I accept no liability for loss of returns in the post. Please note I am unable to refund postage costs. I do not accept unauthorised returns under any circumstances.
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been posted out to you, then please confirm this by email as soon as possible and we will reimburse you the cost within 30 days.
In the unlikely event that the goods become damaged during postage then please let me know as soon as they arrive and I can investigate this. If you do not report this immediately then I will not accept any responsibility for the damage and am not obliged to reimburse you.
Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
