Postal Services (UK)
Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Please order by midday (UK time), Monday to Friday, for same-day dispatch. If no one is available to receive your parcel, Royal Mail will leave instructions for collection. If an item is not collected within the specified timeframe and is returned to me, a re-postage fee will apply. Delivery typically takes up to 7 working days, although this may vary. You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
International Delivery
I am not currently offering international shipping.
Local Collection
If you would prefer to collect your order from my studio in Ardersier, please enter the code LOCAL at checkout to remove postage charges. Do get in touch to arrange a convenient collection time.
Delayed Delivery
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check with your local post office, as it may be held there if delivery was attempted. If an item is uncollected and returned, I will refund the order value minus the original shipping costs, provided the item is returned in its original condition. Please ensure your delivery details are correct at the time of ordering, as re-postage charges will apply to returned parcels.
Parcels are considered lost after 10 working days from the expected delivery date for UK orders.
Damaged in Transit
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of both the item and its packaging. I will be happy to arrange a replacement where appropriate.
Returns
As each piece is handmade, slight variations in colour, size, and design may occur. Every effort is made to present items as accurately as possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch promptly and I will do my best to resolve the issue. If you wish to return an item, it must be unused and in its original condition, and returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping). Please note that sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
