MADE TO ORDER Circus Elephant Cereal Bowl (Blue)

A straight sided cereal bowl, with a layered glaze finish and hand drawn decal print. Perfect for breakfast, soup or pudding.

Individually thrown and hand modelled from vitrified earthenware and double dipped in blue and white toned glazes.
A long time ago the travelling circus used to come up to Inverness. En route the elephants were let out for a refreshing dip in Loch Ness. Could an elephants snorkelling trunk started a rumour of a sea monster?
My elephant illustrations were reproduced as a decal and fired on to the glazed surface.
